Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd provides tax accounting, bookkeeping, business activity statement (BAS) preparation, self-managed super fund (SMSF) compliance, and related financial services. Our services are provided by a Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) registered tax agent.

All services are subject to a separate engagement letter or fee agreement provided to you before work commences.

3. Engagement of Services

An engagement to provide services is formed when:

  • You provide instructions (written or verbal) to proceed with a service, and
  • We confirm acceptance of those instructions

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

4. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to provide services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
  • Review and confirm the accuracy of returns and documents before lodgement
  • Pay our fees in accordance with agreed terms

We accept no liability for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed upfront before any work begins. We will provide you with a fee estimate or quote prior to commencing. Fees are due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to withhold lodgement of returns or documents until outstanding fees are paid.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality over all client information. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required to deliver our services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further detail.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
