• By registering on our website, you are appointing Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd as your Accountants/Agents to deal and lodge various documents and statutory forms on your behalf with relevant statutory/regulatory authorities i.e. ATO, ASIC, etc
• While we are referring to our website it means specifically to only include “www.team2plus.com”
• These terms will be an integral part of the engagement of our services. We will act and rely based on the information you provide to us. Though the fields in the respective forms on our website post-registration may not be exhaustive to capture all the details, we may seek further information over e-mail or phone if it is required to complete a task under engagement. However, it is your obligation to provide us with all the necessary information to enable Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd to perform tasks on engagement.
• We state categorically that we are not making any audit or giving any assurance and our work does not include any procedures to discover defalcations, frauds or other irregularities.
• Once you are registered on our website and we start working on the engagement, you will be liable to pay our fees for the time we spent on the engagement. If you decide later to discontinue our fees for the services will be according to the “Pricing Policy” detailed on our website and more specifically computed on ” Time and efforts” basis.
• It is our policy not to recover our fees from out of the Refund due to you from the ATO. This means our fees are payable to us immediately upon completion of our assignment and issuing our professional fee Invoice to you for payment. If you fail to pay our fees on time, we will attach additional interest at the General Interest Rate published on the ATO from time to time. Not paying our fees in full or interest accrued on it will force us to pass on the details to debt recovery agencies for subsequent action for the recovery of the same.
• Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd is not liable to you or any third party for any loss, damage or compensation you may suffer direct or indirect arising out of this engagement. It is your duty to verify all details you provide to us before submission.
• The content of this website including logo, text, information, materials, graphics, software, forms, frames or content are property of Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd and you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload or transmit and distribute without permission of Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd.
• Any attempt to breach the security of the website or to use for malfunction, fraud including server and database of the website including unauthorized access of login on website and database will be treated as a crime and will be reported for further action to Crime Prevention Agencies. In such a situation all the losses, damage and penalties will be recovered from you. This includes deliberate attempts to overload website in relation to traffic and database.
• We are providing tax estimates only while you use our services for Taxation purposes and any variation can happen to the estimate based on the additional information available to respective government authorities. As far as the creation & registration of the company is concerned, even if you have paid for the services, the company will be registered only upon the availability of the name with the ASIC register.
• Any information on our website is driven by a separate “Disclaimer” clause. And any external links on our website are just reference material and are thus not an integral part of our website.
• Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of Team 2 Plus Pty Ltd “Terms of Service”. And this document is separately available to read on our website. Any disclosed or shared information on our website will be driven by our “Privacy Policy”.
